Any passwords are securely stored in a 256 bit ‘hash’ format so even we can’t read them. Accounts with forgotten
passwords are reset with a temporary password ready for you to choose a secure yet memorable password for future occasions.

Your information may be passed to any Citroën UK Authorised Dealer, or Citroën UK, who may need to contact you
regarding the services offered by this website.
We use third party data logging and statistical tracking tools such as ‘Google Analytics’ that show us how many people
found this website, how they use it and how we might improve it for you. These tools also show technical information such
as what type of web browsers are being used. Data collected by Google is anonymous. It focuses on how ‘people’ use the website,
rather than you as an individual user.
How we communicate with you.
You can choose, as a user to either visit this website on a regular basis to check your vehicle(s) status by
using the ‘One Off Search’ facility, or you can subscribe free of charge. Once your account is validated we will monitor
any Citroën vehicle(s) that you’ve registered and alert by email if we need to inspect your vehicle
in any way as part of a safety recall or quality campaign.
